1) On-Demand Plan, we charge $29.99 when you use the service (anything over 20lbs is $1.50 per pound). Just let us know when to pick up.
2) Every Week Plan, we charge $99 per month. You can provide up to 20lbs of laundry per week (anything over 20lbs is $1.50 per pound). *If you skip one week completely, you can provide up to 40lbs of laundry the next week (to make up for what you missed the week before).

How much is 20lbs?
On average adults wear about 12-14lbs of laundry in a week. Throw in a couple of towels and a few other laundry items, you can expect to average 20lbs. To be sure you’re not going over 20lbs, we can work with you on weighing your items before processing.
How do you wash & fold?
1. Your laundry is always sorted and washed with cool water, with whites washed in warm water.
2. We fold your laundry after they are completely dry to ensure no wrinkles. Your laundry will be folded and secured in the laundry bag we provide you.
What type of laundry goes in the bag?
We will wash anything you would normally put in a washing machine. Basic laundry, such as t-shirts, jeans, underwear, socks, sweatshirts, sheets, and towels (we do review care label instructions on questionable items -and set aside dry cleaning items for us to review with you before processing).
When do I get my laundry back?
From our laundry vans to our great staff, we do everything it takes to provide your laundry back no more than 48 hours, but most of the time you can expect to receive your laundry back the next business day (we will send you a text message when your laundry is ready so we can schedule delivery).
Do you accommodate camps and large volume wash & fold services?

What if I don't want to pay with a credit or debit card?

If an incident occurs we will quickly resolve the issue with you to ensure you are satisfied.
